Terms of Use

Effective date: 22 July 2026
Last updated: 22 July 2026

These terms apply to your use of KosherJapaneseWagyu.com (the “Site”), operated by Kosher Foods Japan Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site describes a business we are building: a supply of premium Japanese Wagyu prepared for the kosher market in the United States. It is provided for general information and to let interested businesses register their interest. It is not a catalogue, a price list, or an offer to sell.

2. Status of kosher certification

Our product is not currently kosher certified. Kosher certification is in development and has not yet been granted. We have not stated, and you should not assume, that any product described on this Site is certified today, or that any certifying agency has approved, endorsed, or is affiliated with us.

Nothing on this Site should be relied on as a representation that product is available for sale as kosher. We will update the Site if and when certification is granted, and we will identify the certifying agency at that time.

3. Priority reservations

A reservation submitted through the Site is an expression of interest. It is not a purchase, an order, or a binding contract, and:

  • No payment is taken, and none is due.
  • No product, quantity, price, grade, or delivery date is promised or guaranteed.
  • Any future supply depends on kosher certification being granted, on availability, on export and import clearance, and on a separate written agreement between us.
  • Either of us may decide not to proceed, for any reason, at any time.

4. No offer of securities

Parts of this Site invite businesses to discuss distribution, exclusive territory arrangements, or investment. This Site is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and it is not an offer of any exclusive right or contract. No such offer will be made except through documentation provided directly to eligible parties and in compliance with the law that applies to them. Any discussion of investment is preliminary and creates no obligation on either side.

5. Forward-looking statements

The Site describes plans and intentions — what we are building, what we expect to offer, and the process we intend to follow. These are forward-looking statements, not guarantees. They depend on certification, supply, regulatory approval, and commercial factors outside our control, and they may change.

6. Images and illustrations

Some photographs on the Site are stock or illustrative images used to convey the category and the process, and do not depict our own facilities, animals, or product.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, layout, logos, and marks belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, or adapt its content for commercial use without our written permission. Third-party names and marks referred to on the Site belong to their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not use the Site or its form to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, to send bulk or automated submissions, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its providers. We may decline or delete submissions and block access at our discretion.

9. Links to other sites

Where the Site links to third-party websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, or that it will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, or opportunity, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may change these terms as the business develops. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes arising out of them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, this does not affect rights you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
